If one of these error messages is displayed next to the message box, resolve it as follows:

1.  Error: resend this message – There was a delivery failure. Click resend this message to try sending the message again.

2.  Error: Insufficient Credit: You do not have enough Skype Credit to send the text. You need to buy some skypee credit and then send the message again.

3.  Error: Number incorrect – There is something wrong with the number, such as an incorrect country code, or the phone is not text-enabled. Check the number and dial again.

Note that if you are sending a text to someone located in the USA, only the following carriers support receiving Skype text messages: Alltel, AT&T, Cellular One Dobson, Cellular South, Centennial, Cincinnati Bell, Nextel, Ntelos, Sprint, T-Mobile, Unicel, U.S. Cellular®, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA.
